Multiple duplicates are generated when sync is started

    Hi Nitesh,

    I'm sorry to hear the sync is not working as you expected.

    Duplicate issues can happen for several reasons, e.g. having multiple syncs between the same projects or having a backup/cloned instance running Backbone as well.

    I noticed you already opened a ticket with us in our support system - so let's there have a look together what's causing the issue.
