Failure to enable Scroll Documents due to previously installed scroll versions
Hi,
My team are currently trying to evaluate Scroll Documents on our on-prem confluence server space.
I had previously enabled Scroll Versions in our space but decided that wasn't the way we wanted to go with our document management.
Once Scroll documents had been installed on our server, I attempted to enable it for the space but encountered an error message "Unable to enable Scroll Documents. A Scroll Document can't be created in a space in which Scroll Versions or Scroll Translations is active."
I subsequently unversioned all of my pages and removed the single Scroll Version I had defined for the space which as I understand it should 'deactivate' scroll versions.
I still get the error message though, even after restarting the server.
Ideally I don't want to have to move all of the team's pages to a new space if it can be avoided. Any ideas for how I can enable Scroll Documents for my existing space?
Many thanks,
Rob
