Add Widget to Help Center theme

Good afternoon, I want to add a widget to the site, I use the Help Center theme, how can I do this?

  Hi Artem, 

  I assume you're still using our app on Confluence Server?

  If so, for the help center theme, we support the widgets of Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom and Jira Service Management. Your help desk will typically need to be set to 'public' for the widget to show in your help center.

  Thanks for the answer! Yes, I'm using a server. I wanted to add my own chat widget, but as I understand it is not possible to do this in the Help Center theme without third-party plugins for Confluence.

  Hi Artem,

  It depends. If you can provide your widget as a Javascript snippet (not HTML), then you could add it though a custom.js file that you add to your help center theme files. Read more on: https://help.k15t.com/scroll-viewport/2.18/server/inject-custom-css-and-javascript-172599648.html
