I am using The Help Center Theme.
I want to understand what users are looking for on my site, how can I implement this, maybe there is a third-party application, for example Matomo.

  Hi Artem,

  Yes, third-party applications will help you understand what your users are looking for on your site – and more (e.g which pages they click on). Currently, we offer integrations with Google Analytics and CloudFlare Web Analytics in our integrations menu in the app.

  I don't have experience with Matomo but technically you could also embed that tool in your Viewport site via our custom Javascript editor. Matomo provides a tracking code that you'll need to embed in the editor.

  Whether you can track search queries with this code will depend on the functionality that Matomo offers inside the app, not on Scroll Viewport. I recommend reaching out to Matomo to find out if they do.
