Videos not visible (Safari) or not playable (Chrome) in Scroll Viewport Cloud
I have created a page where I included a video with mp4 - format. In Confluence view this video is visible and playable in Safari and Chrome.
In Scroll Viewport the video is not visible in Safari and in Chrome there is only a non playable picture.
I checked the html source and find out, that Scroll Viewport uses html5 video tag, while confluence don't work with this.
What can I do to for replaying videos in Scroll Viewport?

Hi Kirstin,
Thanks for your question!
I assume you added your video to the Confluence page via the files/image uploader of the Confluence editor or via drag and drop? Currently, the Confluence video player is not fully supported in Scroll Viewport. Instead, we recommend to upload videos in Confluence using the media widget macro. That is the fully supported and responsive alternative to the Confluence video player. See an example of how we use this widget in our help article Get Started.
Having said that, we do have an open issue to add video controls to the Confluence video player (you can track the progress of this issue on https://k15t.jira.com/browse/VPC-87) but don’t have any short-term plans to improve the video player overall.
For a detailed overview of the Confluence editor feature and macros we support, also see our list in Supported Macros and Features.
Please do let me know if you have further questions about this!
Cheers,
Laura
