The Help Center Theme TOC, goes through the headers incorrectly

Good day!
I am using The Help Center Theme.
When you click on links in the TOC, the transfer to a specific heading does not occur correctly, in order to get to the desired heading you have to click on it several times.
How can you fix this?

  So far the problem you are describing is not known to us. Could you elaborate on a few more details so I am able to reproduce it on my own instance:

  • Are you using Scroll Viewport for Server or for Cloud?
  • What browser were you using when encountering this problem?
  • Could you maybe share your viewport site (if it is public) or share a few screenshots?
