Table of Contents that updates on scroll

Hi,

Scroll-Viewport has a nice TOC but it is better TOC can scroll and highlight flowing the headings

  It is easy. Use this: https://tscanlin.github.io/tocbot/. That's what K15t uses I think and I use it too.
