    Hi Akira,

Thanks for the post - was it a case that the specific link text associated with the diagram was not being rendered in the export? If so this is a known issue and we are tracking the improvement here: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/EXP-970

If not, and other diagram content is not being included when exporting, to investigate this further it would be great if you could send us the specific Confluence page that contains this Gliffy diagram content to support@k15t.com. This will then create a support case where we can continue the investigation with you.

To export the content of a single Confluence page, please follow these instructions: https://help.k15t.com/creating-a-xml-export-of-a-single-page-111903666.html.

    Cheers, Thomas (K15t)

    Hi Thomas,

    Thanks for your response.

The text is rendered but it is bit mapped image.

I think the Gliffy exported the PNG for view and the Scroll PDF Exporter uses it.

Please see screen capture below which is zoomed in the rendered PDF.

The left side was exported by the macOS Printing Dialog and another side was exported by the Scroll PDF Exporter.

The left side keeps the vector data and is rendered smoothly, but the right side is not.

Is it possible to keep the vector data of the text like the macOS Printing Dialog with the Scroll PDF Exporter?

    Thanks,
    Akira.

    Hi Akira,

Thanks for your reply and providing further explanation for the behaviour you've experienced.

At the moment, our app uses the *.PNG image (as you suspected) and we do not support the export of the *SVG file type for the same diagram.

However, this is something we are aware that users are requiring and we have an open feature request for introducing this compatibility. You can track this here: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/EXP-2478

In the meantime, please sign up to our JIRA (via https://k15t.jira.com/) in order to watch and comment on this issue. We'll then send a notification for every status update.

    Thanks, Thomas (K15t)
