The text color of the paragraph styles in the template is not retained after the word export.
Hi,
I pre-defined several text-styles in my Word template. When text on a Confluence page is given a specific text-color, it should be overwritten by the Word-text style. But this is not the case for paragraphs, quotes & the preformatted text. The color is indeed overwritten for all the headings.
So for example:
- The text-color of a paragraph in Confluence is blue.
- I export this Confluence page to Word
- The text-color of the pragraph text should be black ( because it is predefined like this in the Word text Style)
How do I overwrite the text-color from Confluence?

Hi Dieter,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I presume you defined the blue font for your paragraph style just by using the Font Colour (more Colours) option in the editor? If so, this is actually expected behaviour that these font colours are preserved within the export and allow users to have further control over formatting in the generated export. This behaviour should also work for the headings but this is not working currently and we have a related issue here.
If you are not wanting to have the coloured font included in the export you would likely need to use the Scroll Only / Scroll Ignore in tandem to have a Confluence specific view and an export specific view (which ignore the coloured text).
I hope this information helps. Thanks, Thomas (K15t)
