Rename a version

We have just started with Confluence and Scroll Versions so have only the master version and a single version called  7.8.1; many pages are still unversioned.

Now it seems that our next software version will not be 7.8.1 but 7.9.

Is it possible to rename the version using "Edit version"?

The name field is not grayed out but I'm wondering what will happen to links if I just rename.

  Hi Dorte,

  Thank you for reaching out.

  Yes, you can definitely rename a version from the edit menu. Page link will be changed in versioned pages accordingly to the new version name. Links for the unversioned pages will stay the same.
