    Hi Volker,

Sorry for the late response. Looks like something went wrong in with our notifications.

The themes are independent of each other and it is not possible to switch a copy between the two of them. When copying a Web Help theme, it stays the Web Help Theme and the same goes for Copies of the Help Center Theme.

However, when we introduced the Help Center Theme we changed the default Viewport Control Opener to the style of the Help Center Theme. So it looks like now your theme uses the standard Viewport Control Opener instead of the one configured in the Web Help Theme.

If the problem still persist, you can open a support ticket so that we can investigate your theme further.

    Cheers,
    Emre.

    Hi Emre,

okay, thanks, so the notifications were in quarantine ;-).

Right now I'm just testing and it doesn't bother me that much that I create a support ticket for the described issue.

But in any case, it doesn't seem to be an expected behaviour that the control panel changes when the properties file is used once and then deleted.
It somehow seemed to me that the presence of any properties file makes the system think it is the Help Center Theme. If this is not the case, I won't need a support ticket.

    Greetings,

    Volker

    Hi Volker,

The viewport control panel comes from viewport and not the theme, is it possible that you have updated your Viewport before you realised the change?

    Cheers,
    Emre.
