I'm having trouble getting Google Analytics to work on our docs site. We're using the Help Center theme on a public server that we publish docs. I've entered our tagManagerID and analyticsID in the theme and added the code snippet into the "At end of the HEAD" section of the Custom HTML configuration in the Confluence Admin, but no results. Anyone dealt with this before?

  Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the late response, looks like something went wrong with our notifications.

   

  Some questions, which version of Help Center - Viewport do you use? Is cookieNotice.display set to on or off? Can you please try with both options?

  Hi Emre, No worries. We've tried both of those options but no success. We're on 1.0.9.

  Sorry that I forgot to mention the other option as well.

  Just to be clear before moving forward, could you please try to set both to on, allow cookies on the banner when accessing Viewport and check if Google Analytics work (GA might need some time to start gathering clicks). Would be great if you could share with me if this helped.
