    Hi Tobias,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Can you send an XML of the page you're exporting, alongside a copy of your export template to support@k15t.com?

To export the content of a single Confluence page, please follow these instructions: https://help.k15t.com/creating-a-xml-export-of-a-single-page-111903666.html.

Additionally, can you confirm the version of our app that you're using and whether this issue occurs for other pages too?

    Cheers,Thomas

    Hi Thomas,

I've got the same error message. What was the problem here and how was it resolved?

Other pages are fine and print to PDF just fine. I'm not sure what is different exactly that could be causing the problem.

    Thanks, Wayne

Hey Wayne Reilly, thanks for the message.

There can be different reasons why the Error: null notification is printed in the export. For instance, one reason is due to broken images (that have incorrect storage format such as an empty ri:url element). Do you have a broken image on the page?

If not, can you send an XML of the page you're exporting, alongside a copy of your export template to help@k15t.com? To export the content of a single Confluence page, please follow these instructions: https://help.k15t.com/creating-a-xml-export-of-a-single-page-111903666.html.

We can then investigate this further.

    Regards, Thomas (K15t)
