Displayed (default) language based on user profile language / browser language

The languages on every page is independently set. 
That means if I change the language on one space from German (default) to French I have to do this again and again as I move through spaces.

Is there a possibility to bind the language to the users profile language or, in the case I am an anonymous user, bind it to the browser language?

Also, a similar problem occurs when using macros like "Children display" to show a page tree in another space.

Do you have any recommendations about this matter?
