Translation button disappears

Hi, 

while working with the translation plugin (currently in evaluation mode), we discovered the odd behavior, that for some users, the 'translate' button disappears during the translation process and no translations are possible anymore. 

So far we were not able to reproduce this behavior completely. In order to keep the translation process up and running, we had to add space admin permissions for the translator user.

Is this a known issue and is there a solution/workaround for this?

  Hi Thomas.

  We are not aware of such issue. When you reproduce the issue, could you please share this information:

  • versions of Confluence and Translations that you use;
  • what is common among the user who don't see the button?
  • which Roles configured in the space in Space Tools → Scroll add-ons → Roles?
  • screenshot of the page from a user's perspective where the button disappears.
