The Help Center Theme Code Block Syntax Highlighting

Hi! 

Today, all my code blocks are gray when using this theme, even if I select the right language for each of them.

I see that there are many options to include syntax highlighting, even your own by the use of overrides here: https://help.k15t.com/scroll-viewport/latest/enabling-custom-source-code-highlighting-125708869.html

However, I'm not really sure how to do this with the Help Center theme, given we're using a new .properties file methodology for the theme customization.

As soon as I add a few files, the theme breakes completely (and for example, it does not let you remove page.vm once you create it which creates a HUGE problem, and you have to save the properties file, and create a Help Center Theme copy from scratch, then restore).

I would appreciate some help with enabling code syntax highlighting in the Help Center Theme. Thanks!

  Hi Fermelone.

  The issue with deleting page.vm is a bug. We will look into it.

  If you use the Code macro with one of the supported languages of the Prism library, then it should work. For example: https://help.k15t.com/scroll-viewport/2.15/umlaut-encoding-for-post-requests-172592708.html (HTML).

  Which language do you select in the macro? 

  Can you share the storage format of the page so I can see if there in something blocking the theme's logic from running?

  Hi Fermelone.

  You can get the storage format of the Confluence page by opening the page in Confluence view → Page Tools → View Storage format.
