Viewport collection - links do not point to the selected language

We use a viewport collection. In the root viewport we have included a page with some links to pages in other spaces that are part of the viewport collection. The page is available in multiple languages. When we change the language, the content displays correctly in the new language. The link text also displays in the correct language. However, the link always points to the default language, no matter what language is selected.

  Hi Daniel.

  This could be happening because of the way the links were created. If they were copy-pasted, for example. 

  Please try to edit one link on a single page in all languages using Browse section:
  

   

  If you do so in each language of the page, the link should point to the same language a user is currently viewing.
