Scroll version is not able to edit for certain version

User wants to edit some sites but some site she is not able to edit (neither with version_1.1 nor with Initial_version. at some site there is not version_1.1)

Also user gets at some sites a notification that she is not allowed to edit/see.

 

user who have admin & editor access are not able to edit the page

  to investigate this further, could you please share

  • versions of Confluence and Scroll Versions you use,
  • screenshot of the error.
