External URL's should open in system web-browser, not in help browser

We are using the CHM file to deliver a few links to external websites. However these try to open in the help browser, which breaks. It should ideally open in a new system web-browser window.

Do we think this is a good thing to have in the other HTML exporters, like HTML Exporter, EclipseHelp Exporter or EPUB Exporter ?
