    Hi John,

    Thank you for your question!

    You do not have to set up a synchronization between project 2 and project 3.
    In order for changes to get synced from project 2 via project 1 to project 3 and vice versa you need to have a different sync user for project 1. The sync user of project 2 and 3 can be the same, that does not matter. This, however does not yet work for cloud to cloud as you cannot have different sync users in the cloud.

    Does that help you out? If you have any further questions, we will be happy to help.

    Cheers,
    Liset

    Can I configure the task to initially go from project 1 to project 2 and then to project 3? Important, the task must not pass project 2.

    Project 1 ->  Project 2 ->  Project 3

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the delay in response, your reply was somehow queued up, so thank you for your patience!

    In order to synchronize the issue from project 1 to project 2 to project 3, you would need to set up a synchronization between Project 1 > Project 2 and Project 2 > Project 3. For this to work properly, you would need a different synchronization user for the connections in Project 2. As mentioned before, this doesn't work yet for cloud, as you can't have a different synchronization user.

    Does that answer your question? Let me know if anything remains unclear.

    Cheers,

    Liset
