Export with Inclued Sites || Attachments List

Hello,

i have a huge Site with Included Sub-Pages.

The Included sites can referencing to a other included site.

On the Parent i have declare some Topics like

H3 "Linked site".

On a Export the TOC show Correctly, the Page Number of a section. "(see page xx)".

When i jump the this Page and this has a reference to one of the linked Pages i got back like "see page x", where he jump back to the TOC and not to the in linked page of a page.

- Parent

- Linked Page

- Linked Page has a Linked Sub-Page

The Linked page with the linked sub-page dont show the right Page number he jumps always back to the TOC.

Is there a Workaround?

Second Question is the Table of Figures Marco.

How can i create a Export like the TOC?

I want to create a reference list of the linked Attachments.

Regarding the Table of Figures, we have a placeholder called "Table of figures", which displays all figures included in a certain export. For an attachment to be displayed there, it has to be placed in the content of a page, however. Would this work for you?

Otherwise, if you would want to display a list of attachments, but those attachments are not used in the page content, you could try out the Confluence Attachments Macro, which displays all attachments in a table.

Is it possible that the Table of Figures dont work Property if we have like the first Example included sites?

Hi Michael,

I've just tried the Table of Figures with included content - in my tests with PDF Exporer 4.6.4 and Confluence 6.13.0 everything worked as expected: The figures where displayed in the table of figures and links where working correctly.

If you experience issues with the table of figures, could you please update to the latest version, and if the issue still exists send us a XML export of the affected pages, your template, and further information about your Confluence versions and what exactly does not work as expected to support@k15t.com?

We'll then try to reproduce the behavior and will come back to you.

Hi Nils,

the table of Figure Marco just show's the attachments that was uploaded to Page that we export, but not from the embedded sites?

In my tests the included images were referenced correctly in the exported file.
