Conditional Content info showing in all published variants
The Conditional Content setting in the Scroll Versions Master Space (internal) has all of a sudden become linked to the Published Space (external). So now the customer sees the Conditional Content information (gray box + pop-up) on each page, for example..
How do we stop this, i.e. go back to the way it used to work? We haven’t changed anything.

Hi Gordon, thanks for reaching out.
- have you upgraded Versions or Confluence lately?
- are you publishing to another space in the same instance, or to external with Remote Publishing?
- if you look at the page history of this page is the external space, do you see a recent change to the content? If yes, what were the changes?
Cheers,
Roman. -
Hi Gordon,
to investigate further, please create a new support ticket and send this information:
- screenshot of Scroll Add-ons → Roles,
- screenshot of Space Permissions,
- the name of the group in which external users are created.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Roman.
