"Pages in Variants" report?
Hi all,
I was wondering how we could generate a report which pages in a space are in which variant(s)? Similar to the "workflow report" or "page in version" report.
Usecase: Say, we want to edit one thing in all pages in variant X. Obviously we can't go through the whole table of contents, open each page, and look at the variant selector to see whether this page is in variant X or not. And even if we did, how would we confirm that we did not miss pages due to human error.
Thanks for a tip!

Hi Ruth, thanks for your question.
There is currently no such report to be able to see pages from a specific variant. We are tracking such feature request in our Jira. Sign up for an account in our Jira to watch and vote for this issue.
You could select a certain variant in the toolbar. This would grey out the other pages in the page tree. In order to minimise the human error I recommend disabling the "Show all pages in space" checkbox in Scroll Settings (click on a user profile -> Scroll Settings). We have more information about Scroll Settings on the Define Scroll Versions User Settings page.
Does this help?

Ruth,
with one of the private API methods you could check the list of attributes of a particular page. This method is described under Manage Variants with REST API section on our Help Center.
I hope this helps.
Roman.
