Reporting the version of the document and each child page?
Hi,
For baselining, is there a way to get a list of the root page and each of its child pages version such that it can be exported for baseline reporting?
Ideally, it would be great to see this in the root page information.

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out with your question regarding Scroll Documents.
I am afraid I am not quite clear about the requirement. Could you provide a little more information about what you are trying to accomplish? E.g.,
- Do you want to display all the versions or just the latest version?
- Do you want to display this information on the root page of the document only, or do you want to have a summary of all documents, their pages and versions somewhere?
- What kind of export will it be - PDF or Word or both?
Regards,

Hi Anshuman,
For baseline reporting, I'm looking to display the version information of each root document in csv format (though PDF or Word is okay). So if I have 2 documents each with 2 child pages, I would like to export the version, version date, and last author details of both documents for example:
Document 1 (root) v1.1, date: 19/01/18, last author: Joe Bloggs
Document 2 (root) v2.0 19/01/18, last author: Randy Smith
and ideally if it was possible, to also export the version, version date, and last author details of each root document's child pages but that's more of a nice to have.

Hi there,
Thank you for the explanation
Unfortunately, Scroll documents does not support such a feature out-of-the-box. I am afraid I cannot assure you if and when this feature will be implement.
We are currently working on a major upgrade for Scroll documents with many new features. It would be be great to hear from you about any other requirements/use-cases that you might have.
If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.
Cheers!
Anshuman
