Include page URL into a link
Hello,
I have to configure an export with the link of the Confluence page into the header. I found the $scroll.pageurl placeholder (or the $scroll.tinyurl one) but I would like to use it into a "Link" element and not displaying the url (too big).
When I try to set the placeholder into a link, generation fails. How can I add a link without displaying the url?
Thanks in advance for any help,
Nicolas

Hi Nicolas,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Did I understand correctly that you wanted to have the link available via some link text (rather than the URL) that you've included on your Confluence page?
If so, the placeholders you've mentioned will only allow the URL to be printed in your exported Word file, albeit in different forms.
However, have you considered using Page properties as a custom placeholder? By doing this you can include a link within some link text which you can then reference in your Word template. The link text will then be clickable in the generated Word file (see screenshot below):
You can read more about using Page properties as custom placeholders here. Let me know if this information helps.
