Use Comala Workflow and Scroll Version independently?

Hello,

We use Comala Workflow for a few time and use several workflows in the same space, depending of the contents.

We just purchase Scroll Version to manage space versions and, if I well understand, we need to use only one Comala Workflow (and only on versioned pages). But we would like to use Comala Workflow like before.

Is it possible to use Comala Workflow and Scroll Version independently? When I enable Scroll Version one a space, I don’t see Comala Workflow options anymore.

If not, how can I manage space versions and keep several workflows available?

Hi Nicolas,

currently you can only use one Comala Workflow in a versioned space and only with versioned pages.

We have an existing feature request to allow using the existing Comala Workflow without enabling the workflow management: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/VSN-3321. There is no ETA I can provide at this point. Sign up for an account in our Jira to watch and vote for this issue.
