Conflunce icons in a table get a numbered label - How to deactivate this label?

Hello,

we are using the Confluence icons "Tick", "Warning" and "Error" outside and inside of tables.

When we export the Confluence article to Word (using the Scroll Word Exporter), the Confluence icons outside the table do not have a numbered label, but the ones inside the table do have a numbered label.

Is there a way to deactivate this numbered label inside the table?
