We currently have a setup (with your awesome product) where we're syncing tickets created on a local kanban board, to a remote jira instance's kanban board.
Is there any way to display the remote issue a ticket is synced with on the card section of a ticket on a jira board? We want to be able to show our customers the key of the remote ticket on their local tickets (on their kanban board).
Had a quick look at the rest api but it only seems to expose functionality to manage the issue syncing.
