Confluence macro browser incompatible with Scroll PDF Exporter?
Since our Confluence 6.10 update there is a problem with the Scroll PDF Exporter (V4.4.4).
When inserting the macros "Scroll only" and "Scroll ignore" via the macro browser, a Confluence error occurs with the result that the two plugins are not inserted.
Workaround: If you use the shortcut "{" to directly select and insert macros, this works. The macros will then also work with the Scroll PDF Exporter.
Assumption: Since the Confluence update to V.6.10.2 there seems to be an incompatibility between the Confluence macro browser and the Scroll PDF Exporter plugin.
What could be the problem with the macro browser?

Hi Heiko,
Thanks for your post.
This issue is actually being tracked in our JIRA system and it was seemingly introduced with the release of Scroll PDF Exporter v4.4.4.
You can track this here: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/EXP-2532
Our developers have already completed a fix for the problem and this will be included with the next update which is due to be released this week.
I would recommend watching the app on the Atlassian Marketplace (via: Resources > Watch App) in order to receive a notification as soon as the new version is available.
In the meantime, as you mentioned, it is possible to open the macro browser using the { keyboard shortcut, in order to successfully add the macro to your Confluence page.
I hope this information helps.
Cheers, Thomas (K15t Software)
