can't get the tip/info/etc. icons to show in PDF export

hi,

no matter what i do, i can't get the icons to show in pdf export.

tried the out of the box pdf templates, and created one myself with the styling config set to show the icon (default setting), but it didn't work.

what am i missing? or is there any know issues with this?

  Thanks for reaching out to us. 

  Had you uploaded your own custom images for the admonition macro icons? Or were they the standard icons included in the template?

  If they are not being included in the PDF export, would you be able to send to send us an XML export for the affected page you are exporting, alongside a copy of the template you are using?
