    Hi Kimberly,

    Thanks for your post.

Were you wanting the option to add the Confluence URL for your child page(s) as a placeholder in your template or were you wanting to associate specific headings on your child pages with their respective Confluence URL?

If you are needing a placeholder, did you require the same options that are provided with the Document URL placeholder? e.g. Tiny URL, Page URL, URL as text etc.

    Thanks, Thomas (K15t Software)

The use case I wanted was to have Child Page Titles have an embedded Confluence URL through a placeholder, as an equivalent to the Document URL, if that makes sense.

    Exporting a page with children:

    Parent Page (Document Title)
    - Child Page 1 (Child Page Title as URL)
    -- child page contents
    - Child Page 2 (Child Page Title as URL)
    -- child page contents

i am nnnot really understanding your use case.

Why do you Need the Url of the child page?

Everywhere in the text, i can set a link to a childpage, so that it ist easy swtch the page to this child page.thats the way i am using it (but missing a automatic Setting of the chapter number, assigned to the TOC number)

But why do you want to have the child page himself, as a link?

    Best Henry

The Child Page titles are not generally clickable. I want them to go back to the Online Confluence URL so if someone wants to go to the page this was exported from, it's easy to do.

You're talking about the bookmarks, which work fine. I'm not talking about PDF links that link to a page inside the document.

    Hi Kimberly,

    Thanks for your reply.

At the moment, this specific functionality is not possible through the template customization process. Additionally, adding a link to a page title like you have mentioned, is something that is not supported in Confluence and may prove difficult to implement within our app.

The way in which the Document URL placeholder works is to print the page URL, rather than to link it with a specific heading. If it was possible to implement a placeholder that provides the page URL for the current page, would this be of use? Or did you require the link to be embedded in the page title for each child page?

    Thanks, Thomas (K15t Software)

I think a placeholder that provides the page URL would be fine, I could just use it in the header/footer, correct? Not exactly what I was hoping for, but I'll take it.

    Thanks,
    Kim
