Scroll PDF - Can panels inherit the styling from the web view?
We have pages that have panel macros that use various background colors and styles. Is it possible for the PDF to inherit the online styles of these panels? From what I can tell, it seems that we can only define a single style for panels and can't declare "inherit".
We're using the older version of the exporter, 3.5.1.

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for your question.
In Scroll PDF Exporter v3.5.x it is possible to change the background colour for the Panel macro in the template – this online document outlines the process how: https://help.k15t.com/legacy/scroll-pdf-exporter/changing-the-background-color-of-panels-90407351.html
Was there a reason that you are still using the older version of Scroll PDF Exporter? In version 4.x, the Panel macros will be exported as they are displayed on the Confluence page. Were there features missing in our newest version that was preventing you from upgrading?
Cheers, Thomas (K15t Software)

Thanks, Thomas. That answers it, I think. We know how to change the style of all panels, but matching the Confluence page style is not possible in the pre-4.x world.
We jumped on the 4.x train early, but found that we missed some of the customization options, including Velocity logic. We also had trouble getting large spaces to export. So we rolled back, with the intention of trying again in the future. We'll take another look.
Thanks again for your help.
