Status are transitionned only on manual Resync
Hello,
I'm having an issue with synchronising workflow statuses: the tickets are only updated if I perform a manual "Resync".
I have found the following line in the logs:
2018-04-06 15:58:01,510 PsmqAsyncExecutors-job:thread-3 WARN syncuser 958x1388x1 3ic0d4 192.168.4.33 /rest/api/2/issue/CYSZI-27/transitions [c.a.s.p.a.modules.ruleif.CustomerVisibleStatusChangeIfCondition] The request type you are trying to view does not exist
I think this may come from the fact that I'm synchronising a Service Desk Jira with a Jira Software.
I have two questions:
- What is exactely happening behind the scene of the 'Resync' action that would not be happening during the 'normal' synchronisation ?
- Where can I find the logs of what may be happening during this 'Resync' action ?

Resyncing simply resends all the issue data that was updated since the last synchronization interval to the the synchronization partner. This means that if an error occurs causing data not to be synced properly, the data is resent so that it can be properly processed and synchronized.
Does this problem affect only workflow status changes, or also other field updates? If it affects all updates, then it might be caused by you using your own personal user as the integration user. You can solve this by creating a dedicated integration user for the integration.
