Method of replicating sync setup
Setting up the synchronization configuration (Mapping issue types, workflows, etc) for a project with another project on a separate instance is a time consuming process. If there are several projects where the setup is basically the same, with the exception of the source and destination projects on the instances, it would be extremely helpful to have the capability to export/import a synchronization mapping configuration. This would also be useful as a method to quickly configure a synchronization setup on multiple different instances. Is there a method in place to currently do that?

Hello,
Thanks for the question. We agree that the ability to re-use synchronizations would be a really useful feature. Unfortunately, there's currently no way to do that in Backbone, but we're tracking this feature request in our Jira at https://k15t.jira.com/browse/BAC-333 .

Implementing this feature is actually on our product roadmap, so we'll implement this in the future. Unfortunately, however, I can't provide an exact date for when we'll get it delivered.
If you have any further questions, I'll be happy to help.
Cheers, Tom.
