give non-admin the right to publish a versioned space

We want to give a non-admin user the right to publish a versioned space to a new space on the same server, in order to view the result with viewport. 

Current state: the publish button is only available to the admin user. 

How can we change this?

  Hi Jean,

  Thanks for reaching out.
  Would it be an option for you to add those users to the Doc-Admin group?

  Doc-Admins are "Scroll Versions Admins" and can therefore publish versions. They do not need to have Space administration permisssions.
