Scroll Office export stuck at "Queuing Export"

    Hi Grady,

    Thanks for reaching out.
    Does this problem occur on all your spaces, or only when exporting a specific subset of pages? Is this a plain Confluence space, or are you using any additional Scroll Apps in the affected space?

    It would be great if you could try to reproduce the behavior and send us a Confluence Support ZIP to support@k15t.com.
    If the problem only occurs when exporting a specific page, additionally it would be great if you could send us a XML export of the affected page.

    We'll then be able to further investigate and will come back to you as soon as possible.
