System Requirements for using Scroll Version

I recall seeing a page with System Requirements in details about DB, Confluence, Java, etc. etc. but I am unable to find it. Would you please share the page link? We want to see if the issues we are facing get resolved if we meet the documented requirements - though we believe we already do meet them.

  I am not aware of such page. I also couldn't find one in the internal documentation. If the issues you mentioned are the same ones described in the support ticket you have also created recently, we can continue the conversation there.
