Change page title
Hello,
We are currently evaluating the scroll versions plugin.
We trying the below scenario. Changes within the page titles are not present in the space where the documentation is published.
What is the best practice when publishing a update on a version and the changes contain page title changes?
Scenario:
- Space with scroll version enabled
- Create version 1.0
- Import word document
- Publish version 1.0 to a new space
- Make changes with version 1.0. Simple text change and changed a page title.
- Publish version 1.0 to existing space
Kind regards,
Richard

Hi Richard,
thanks for contacting us and your interest in Scroll Versions.
What versions of Confluence and Scroll Versions are you currently using?I just double checked the described behavior, in my tests everything went fine, the page content and the page title was updated after another publish.
If the page was published by Scroll Versions before, it will get a Scroll Versions specific ID ("Scroll Page ID"), which is used to match and update the correct page(s).
Can you reproduce the behavior in a test space and send us a XML export of this space to support@k15t.com? To create a full XML export of a space, please follow these instructions:
http://www.k15t.com/display/SUPPORT/Creating+a+XML+Export+of+a+SpaceAn email to support@k15t.com will automatically create a support ticket in our support system and we'll then have a closer look at the data and will come back to you as soon as possible.
Best,Nils
