    Hi Lorena,

currently it's only possible to have one published version (available for regular users) within the same space. If you want to have previous versions avaiable for your readers, you currently have to publish each version to an own space.

However, in Scroll Versions 3.0 it will be possible to have multiple published versions within the same space. Unfortunately I can't give you an exact ETA for version 3.0 yet.

Please watch Scroll Versions in the Atlassian Marketplace to get a notification for every new release (see https://www.k15t.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=82510672).

    Best,
    Nils

Is each published version a copy of the entire space? Or is it more like subversion where the version is the sum of all the changes to that point?

    Hi Terry,

if you publish a version to a new space, all pages available for this specific version will be "copied" to the new space, yes.

In your authoring space, new pages are only created if you change a specific page in a certain version.

    Best,Nils
