Has anyone created an NLM book or BITS template for Scoll Exporter?

I was wondering if anyone has created a template for the NLM / NCBI Book DTD specification using XML ( http://dtd.nlm.nih.gov/book/ )?

Or the later,  Book Interchange Tag Suite (BITS) DTD,  that is an extension of NISO Z39.96-2012 Journal Article Tag Suite?
