Filtering the pages by their status (draft/review/complete)

Hi,

 

Is there a way to filter the pages by their status? I have loads of pages in my documentation and I use the status to make sure that drafts are not being published. Before every publish day, I would go through the pages to make sure all are in correct status, to make sure I didnt forget to change the status of some pages. The way I do it is I click through them, one by one... Is there a way to filter them, to display only pages in a given status? It could even be in a form of a report, so that I can see the names of these pages.

  Hi Sabina,

  thanks for contacting us.

  Currently it's unfortunately not possible to filter pages based on their workflow state in the Scroll Versions dashboard (you can only display pages that have changed for a specific version, the workflow will then also be displayed for every page).

  However the requirement to filter those pages is already tracked in our JIRA system: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/VSN-1034
