Is there a way to publish the version# on each page?
Is there a way to get the published version on each page so the user knows which version of the documentation they are looking at?
It would also be nice to have the 'since version x.y.z' as well to know how long the page has been included in the documentation.
Thanks!

Hi Nils,
I would prefer if it were available on both. The documentation will be very useful for internal users during the development/testing phase of a software project and so they will be using the web pages mostly. We will export to PDF for regulatory submittal when the version of the software is released commercially.
Thanks

Hi Eric,
we support multiple Scroll Versions related placeholders in our Scroll PDF Exporter, e.g. '$scrollVersions.Version.Name' which will be replaced with the version name when a space / page gets exported to PDF. Please have a look at the following page for further information about placeholders: https://www.k15t.com/display/PDF/Using+Placeholders
Regarding the requirement to display the version in the web pages, I'd recommend you to have a look at Scroll Viewport (see https://www.k15t.com/software/scroll-viewport/overview). With Scroll Viewport 2.0 (planned to be released within the next two weeks) it will be possible to display a drop-down with all not archived versions, where the user can select the wanted version.
Does that help? Please let me know if you have any further questions. I'll be happy to help.
Cheers,
Nils
