    Hi Max,

thanks for the information. Have you tried it in a space without the Scroll Versions Theme? Does it work correctly?

As Scroll Versions isn't compatible with Confluence 4.1.2, but the page you mentioned says "It was built and tested with Confluence 4.1.2. It is provided without any warranty or support.", maybe this could be the problem.

Which version of Confluence are you currently using?

    Cheer,
    Nils

After some digging, I was able to display the Next and Previous links on the Navigation Sidebar. However, this macro does not work correctly with Scroll Versions. Apparently, Scroll Versions stores multiple versions of the pages on a single tree, but correctly displays only the working version. This macro, however, determines the next and previous link without taking into account page versions. As a result, when I click Next, a page from a different version may appear. It looks like the sequence of the pages is the same as in the Tools > View in Hierarchy.

So, this macro, in order to work correctly with Scroll Versions, should be changed. This project is way over my head. Or maybe this feature can be added to Scroll Versions in the future. This will be a great feature, because navigation sequentially through hierarchical content is a very generic need.

    Thanks, Nils.

    Hi Max,

    thanks for the further details.

I've created a feature request in our JIRA system: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/VSN-1606
Please sign up at https://k15t.jira.com/secure/Signup!default.jspa to watch, to comment or to vote for this issue. The more votes an issue has, the more likely it is that it will implemented in one of the next releases.

We'll have a look at this and hopefully can provide a compatible macro in one of the next releases.

    Cheers,Nils
