    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for your post.

Currently, Scroll PDF Exporter does not support the export of videos. This is a feature that our developers have discussed in recent months but as yet, it remains something that is not yet implemented.

We have an open improvement for this functionality in our JIRA system which you can track here:

We're always trying to extend the functionality with all our exporter apps but as yet, there is no time-frame that I can provide for when this feature may become available. In the meantime, I would recommend signing up to our JIRA (via in order to watch, comment and/or vote on this issue. We'll then send a notification for every status update.

Additionally, could you please share some further details how your videos are embedded in Confluence? Had you simply uploaded the .mp4 video file to your page, or were you using the Widget Connector alongside a reference to the video?

Unfortunately, the Scroll Ignore (inline) macro will only accept plain text and you won't be able to use this to exclude a link. However, could you use the standard Scroll Ignore macro? Alongside the Scroll Only macro, you could then specify different content that you want to display in Confluence (i.e. with the link) and exclude in the export. Would this be an option?

    Cheers, Thomas (K15t Software)
