    Hi Jeffrey,

    thanks for contacting us.
As written in your corresponding support request, this is a known limitation coming with our current meta model that strips the style elements during the export process.
However we already have two improvements in our JIRA system dealing with this limitation:
    - https://k15t.jira.com/browse/EXP-397
Please sign up at https://k15t.jira.com/secure/Signup!default.jspa to watch, comment on or vote for this issue.

Without changing our current meta model (which is a complicated and extensive change), we are currently not able to support the mentioned functionality.
As a workaround, would it be possible to assign bullet lists to the intended text?

EXP-397 appears to be the identical issue.

I can assign bullet lists; in fact, that is our shop workaround for the refusal of Atlassian to support HTML description lists. However this workaround has its own problems, as it puts the burden on us to maintain term + soft return + description bullet lists (temperamental editor behavior) and tweak the CSS to make it look nice (currently several light years down our backlog).

So I guess I am asking you to help enable a different workaround :p. A non-semantic workaround at that, so I quite understand if this is not something you want to support.
