What good is the Scroll Title macro in the EPUB Exporter?

I think the intent of the macro is to be able to generate a Table of Figures automatically somehow. But I can't see how I can do that even though adding the Scroll Title to every figure is fairly easy. Am I missing something?

  Hi Roy,

  the Scroll Title macro currently only works with Scroll Office to automatically build a table of figures.

  In our other exporters, including Scroll EPUB Exporter, it is currently only used to caption images, as they are not yet collected in a list to automatically build an index.
