    Hi Ludwig,

    thanks for contacting us.
Currently it's not possible to include attachments in the exported file.

However, this requirement is already tracked in our JIRA system: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/EXP-344

Just to be sure - by saying "of course if they are linked the link have to be adjusted", you mean that the link to the attachment should not go back to the Confluence system?

    Best,
    Nils

    THX for the feedback.

    I voted.

Yes! Links (to the attachments) inside the HTML page should be adjusted to were the attachments will be exported. Maybe including a configurationable path.

Has there been any headway made with this issue or has it been dropped? I'm in the middle of a 30 day trial and I'd like to know if exporting attachments (in my case PDFs) is going to become a feature of HTML export or not. Also, what is the workaround? I use the "Insert PDF Macro" in many of the pages I want to export to HTML.

    Hi Ricky,

    thanks for contacting us.

The mentioned issue is not directly on our roadmap, however, it came up pretty often recently.

When planning our next release of Scroll HTML Exporter, I'll discuss this with the rest of the product team, however I'm not able to give you an ETA on this currently, plus there's no automatic workaround available. So please sign up at https://k15t.jira.com/secure/Signup!default.jspa to watch, comment on or vote for this issue. You'll then get a notification for every status update on the issue.

    Best,Nils

    Hi there,

is there any prospect of the mentioned issue being included in Scroll HTML Exporter for an upcoming release? We're currently in evaluation of the plugin and this feature is crucial for us.

    Thanks!

    Hi Vito,

    Thanks for your question.

At the moment, the option to embed attachments into exports does not feature on our immediate development roadmap for Scroll HTML Exporter. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a specific time-frame in relation to when this issue (https://k15t.jira.com/browse/EXP-344) may be resolved.

Was this specific option preventing you from using Scroll HTML Exporter? Additionally, what types of attachments were you wanting to include in the resulting HTML Export?

    Thanks, Thomas (K15t Software)

    Hi Thomas

Thanks for your answer. Yes, it's a must. We need to include pdf- and zip-Files in the export with working links from the exported html pages.

    Regards, Vito
