Export pages prior to TOC

I would like to create an export format that will allow me to define certain confluence pages that will appear after the title page and before the TOC in a PDF export. Is this possible?

  Hi Amy,

  you can define static pages in your template, on which you can use placeholders to include specific pages.

  Hi Amy,

  we use the $include.getPage("PageToInclude") function inside the static pages if possible. This keeps the content of the static pages editable inside Confluence. But you have to "hide" the page outside of the page tree to get no double inclusion of the page.
