Header and Footer on TOC page

How do I get the custom header/footer information from the Page Layouts page to appear on the TOC page. I have tried the method in the manual but this does not put in the customized content, only fixed text entered by:

"<div style="position: running(header)">Commercial in Confidence</div>"

This is what is defined in the centre box but I need the contents of the top right box which has our company name in it.
