    Hi Phil,

please have a look at the following page in our documentation: http://k15t.com/display/PDF/Advanced+Template+Development
The described workflow is helpful if you have lots of changes in your template.

Regarding your other question, we are currently not applying div tags and style attributes one to one. You could try working with class-elements.

It would be great if you could provide some more information about your use-case (maybe in your support-request in our support-system, as this information is private).

    Cheers,
    Nils

    Hello

    Thanks for the link

With what I'm trying to do; I want to bring in two div macros and float them to the left so that I have 2 columns on the top of the first content page, but I can't seem to get very far. I apply background colours to the div, I try positioning it absolutely, changing text colour etc but nothing takes effect when it's exported as a PDF.

If I put the HTML in the 'before' or 'after' sections of the theme area it works fine, but obviously users cannot edit this area which is why I'm trying to keep it in the editor area itself.

Everything else seems to be working fine... custom fonts (including icon fonts) so it's just this issue now

    Thanks

    Hi Phil,

thanks for the information. Unfortunately the wanted behavior is not working unless div- and span-elements are supported (see issue: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/PDF-553).
Please sign up at https://k15t.jira.com/secure/Signup!default.jspa to watch, to comment or to vote for this issue.

I will talk to our developers to have this one fixed in one of the upcoming releases.

    Cheers,
    Nils
